Job summary

LaPlante Home Services in Scarborough, ME is seeking a full-time Plumber to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems with precision. You will work with customers and office staff to keep homes safe and functional, documenting work in our CRM and delivering outstanding service.

The ideal candidate has a Journeyman or Master Plumbing license, 2+ years of experience, and the ability to handle physical tasks, overtime, and weekend work as needed.

Reasonable hours:

• Monday through Friday shifts of:
• 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Weekend work is required as needed based on demand and project schedules.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAILY:

Each day as our Plumber, you'll play an essential role in keeping homes safe and functional by installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems with precision and care. From diagnosing issues and conducting inspections to completing repairs and safety checks, you'll be hands-on in every aspect of the job. You'll collaborate with office staff to coordinate schedules, use CRM tools to document your work, and communicate directly with customers to deliver outstanding service. Your ability to multitask, stay organized, and work as part of a team will make each day both productive and rewarding.

What We Need From You:

• Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
• At least 2 years of experience
