This is a full-time, on-site, permanent position, working year-round, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, with schedule adjustments possible during the summer months.

This position is classified as Skilled Trades and is subject to the terms of the Custodial/Maintenance Employees Collective Bargaining Agreement.
