Job summary

Prime Plumbing Inc. is seeking an experienced Service Plumber to join our team at the Umatilla, FL location. You will diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, respond to dispatches, and help grow the business through quality work and excellent customer service.

We offer a $6,000 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, paid holidays, comprehensive benefits, and a fully equipped company vehicle. This on-site role features year-round work and opportunities for advancement as you demonstrate reliability

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in residential plumbing service & repair for single-family homes.
• Knowledge of Service Titan or willingness to be trained.
• Excellent customer service, honest and dependable.
• Proficient with hand and power tools used in plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dispatches from primary office.
• Travel to customers’ homes and businesses to diagnose and repair plumbing systems.
• Identify and communicate plumbing issues to customers.
• Document work performed using Service Titan according to company procedure.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance on the job.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately.

$70,000 - $140,000+ Annually

This position is for our Umatilla, FL location and would require a daily dispatch from the office.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Service Plumber/Plumbing Technician position will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and ensure desired positive results. Service Plumbers/Plumbing Technicians will be expected to hold themselves accountable for professional conduct and knowledge in Plumbing to win new referrals and repeat business.

What you will Do:

• Respond to dispatches from primary office
• You will travel to customers’ homes & businesses to diagnose & troubleshoot plumbing systems, repairs, etc.
• Identify & communicate plumbing issue(s) with customers
• Document work performed by following company procedure using Service Titan.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
• Diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately and perform plumbing services
• Strong residential and business service experience and strong trouble shooting skills
• All Water Heater replacement and repair
• Competent use of conventional sewer machines
• Drain Cleaning

What you Need:

• At least 3 years of experience in residential plumbing service & repair for single - family homes.
• Knowledge of Service Titan expected possible training for the right candidate
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices
• Strong work ethic, coachable and willingness to grow
• Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted
• Attention to detail, diligent and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Available to work on-call and respond immediately to plumbing emergencies
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet auto insurance guidelines to operate a company-owned vehicle
• Eligible to legally work in the United States
• Must pass a drug screen, MVR & background check.
• Ability to commute/relocate

• Hand tools: 1 year (Required)
• Power tools: 1 year (Required)
• Valid driver’s license (Required)
• Experience with Service Titan (Preferred) or equivalent (Required)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

• Monday to Friday
• On call (Rotating)
• Weekend availability
