Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a production associate to support line operations at our Defiance, Ohio facility. You will assist with packing, assembling, and material handling to help meet daily production goals and ensure smooth workflow across shifts.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Some physical demand; often lifts light to heavy-weight material. Frequent lifting/moving average weight (up to 50 lbs/11-27 kgs) material.
• Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours).
• May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
