Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a entry-level Machine Operator in Ohio to operate basic machinery, load/unload materials, and follow SOPs.

You will monitor operations, perform routine checks, maintain a clean workspace, and adhere to safety policies. Prior experience not required; good verbal English and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are assets.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Some physical demand; often lifts light to heavy-weight material. Frequent lifting/moving average weight (up to 50lbs/11-27 kgs) material.
• Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours).
• May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
