Job summary

Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools is seeking a CTE Teacher for the Project Lead the Way/TED program at Smith Middle School. You will lead hands-on, project-based learning to engage middle school students in engineering, technology, and design, helping them become confident problem-solvers and creators.

Candidates must hold or be eligible for North Carolina TE&D licensure and a bachelor's degree. Prior teaching or industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Holds or is eligible to hold a North Carolina Technology, Engineering & Design (820) teaching license or other appropriate CTE licensure.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Candidates with degrees or professional experience in engineering, architecture, industrial design, manufacturing, computer science, technology, or related STEM fields are encouraged to apply.
