Penn E&R, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Surveyor licensed in Pennsylvania (PLS) to perform office and field-based tasks across multiple market sectors. The role requires a BS in Civil Survey, a PLS license, and 10–15 years of experience in boundary work, topographic surveys, and land development.

Responsibilities include deed plotting, reviewing plans, attending municipal meetings, field verification, and supporting proposals with the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Survey is required.
• Licensed Professional Surveyor (PLS) is required.
• 10–15 years of civil surveying experience requested.

Responsabilités

• Provide deed plotting review and boundary solve; stamp plans.
• Attend municipal meetings for subdivisions and planning.
• Perform field work and site visits for verification.
• Coordinate with field crews and assist in proposals.
