Job summary

ElectriCom Inc. seeks a Plow Foreman to oversee a crew of 3–5, with direct responsibility for people, safety, project management and onsite client relations.

The role requires foreman experience in utility/construction, plow operation and a Class A CDL, with willingness to travel. You will develop schedules, coordinate field activities, and ensure safety standards while maintaining strong communication with customers and managers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Foreman in the utility/construction industry.
• 3–5+ years of experience in utility/construction.
• Plow operating experience is required.
• Class A CDL is required.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a crew of 3–5 crew members and report directly to you.
• Maintain safety on the job site and ensure safety standards are met.
• Develop schedule and project plan for timely completion of construction activities.
• Coordinate activities of locator and laborers to meet production schedule.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers for job progress.
• Be a self-motivated and positive role model for the crew.
• Interact with Area Managers, Superintendents, co-workers, and customers.
• Provide routine training (LMS, OSHA–10 hour, etc.).
• Manage roadside traffic control.
