Job summary

ManpowerGroup is recruiting for a Plough Line Operator in Sparta, Wisconsin. The role sits in the Production Department and requires reliability and a proactive attitude to support the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities include operating production equipment, scanning and dumping raw product, filling containers, labeling, and stacking finished goods for shipment. The shift runs Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with overtime on Fridays as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds consistently.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Forklift experience or willingness to train.

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Plough Line Operator to join their team. As a Plough Line Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Plough Line Operator

Location: Sparta, WI

Pay Range: $22.05 plus $1.25 shift differential

Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. with overtime on Fridays as needed
