Job summary

Manpower Group’s client in Sparta, WI is seeking a Plough Line Operator to support the production department. The role requires operating production equipment, feeding materials, labeling, filling, and palletizing finished goods.

The position is Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. with overtime on Fridays as needed, offering steady employment with temp-to-hire potential and opportunities to grow in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, or machine operation preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
• Capability to lift up to 55 pounds consistently.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Forklift experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production and processing equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Scan and dump raw product into processing equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Fill and verify containers to meet specified requirements.
• Operate labeling equipment and apply bands or seals to containers securely.
• Package finished products and stack on pallets for shipment.
