Manpower in Sparta, WI is seeking a Plough Line Operator to join our manufacturing client’s production team. You will operate production and processing equipment, handle packaging, and support ongoing operations during a Sunday-Thursday night shift.

This role offers a steady schedule with overtime as needed and potential for temp-to-hire, with training provided for forklift operations and basic computer duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, or machine operation.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Plough Line Operator to join their team. As a Plough Line Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Plough Line Operator

Location: Sparta, WI

Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. with overtime on Fridays as needed
