Job summary

BISSELL, Inc. is seeking a PLM Analyst focused on PTC Windchill and Oracle databases to translate business needs into technical PLM solutions. You will coordinate outside contractors, oversee configuration, data integrity, and reporting, and ensure Windchill supports evolving processes.

You will collaborate with engineering, IT, and QA teams to optimize workflows, provide user training, and maintain documentation. Proficiency in Java, JSP, APIs, and Oracle is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in engineering, IT systems, or CS.
• 3-5 years of professional PLM experience with configuration, implementation, and support.
• Focus on PLM systems and Windchill with Oracle databases.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements for PLM solutions.
• Configure PLM objects, attributes, lifecycles, workflows, and access controls.
• Provide second-level user support for PLM, CAD, and simulation, and develop user trainings.
• Develop and maintain PLM/CAD configuration docs and guides.
• Assist in process and system improvements within Windchill.
• Participate in test planning for new functionalities, configurations, and bug fixes.
• Coordinate external contractors: requirements, designs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Review contractor-developed solutions and integrations (Java, JSP, APIs).
• Support Oracle database data extraction, manipulation, and reporting with contractors.
• Help maintain PLM integrations with other systems and monitor performance.
• Establish code versioning and deployment best practices with contractors.
