Job summary

Centric Software is looking for a Technical Consultant (Upgrades) in Customer Success to drive upgrades for a growing EU customer base. You will analyze environments, perform configurations, and guide upgrades across Centric 8 and related modules.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, present technical findings, and ensure upgrades meet quality standards. Frequent travel across Europe is expected as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years in Technical/Integration Consulting or similar.
• Experience with PLM or enterprise software environments.
• Fluent English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer configurations, integrations, and data usage to identify risks and improvements.
• Provide technical recommendations based on Centric best practices.
• Support workshops, reviews, and presentations as required.
• Execute upgrade activities and support post-upgrade stabilization.
