Job summary

Volto Consulting seeks an experienced UAT Lead for an onsite role in Sunnyvale, CA. You will manage UAT for PLM/Teamcenter, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure release success across development to production with strong business-process expertise.

The role requires 8+ years in UAT leadership, deep knowledge of release management, and familiarity with Agile/Waterfall approaches. Salesforce experience is a plus, and you will coordinate with IS&T and business partners to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading UAT for complex, highly integrated projects.
• Understanding of sales operations in consumer channel sales is preferred.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall and iterative release/change management.
• Salesforce platform experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of test automation framework design and best practices.
• Strong project management across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end UAT activities from planning to sign-off.
• Lead cross-functional teams to support each release.
• Collaborate with IS&T and business partners to resolve issues.
• Develop test strategies, plans, and scripts across projects.
• Create, maintain and report UAT metrics (SLAs, KPIs).
• Coordinate smoke testing and PROD refreshes; manage data flows.
• Document risks and communicate with Project Management.
• Maintain a knowledge repository for the BPR team.
