Deloitte is seeking a senior PLM lead to implement Windchill across industrial products and aerospace/defense sectors. You will design, configure, and integrate PLM modules, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions. Travel up to 50% and lead teams on complex engagements.

You will collaborate with clients and vendors, drive practice development, and contribute to new PLM capabilities, including PDMLink, MPMLink, QMS, and ProjectLink.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of PLM implementation experience in Windchill.
• Experience with industry leading practices in designing PLM processes and capabilities.
• Configuration and solution architecture experience in Windchill.
• Experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives.

• Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Lead and assist PLM pursuits and practice development initiatives.
• Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise and solving client challenges.
• Collaborate on innovative solutions to advance the practice.
• Develop knowledge of PLM solutions and their implementations.
• Advise with Solution Architects and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and architect PLM solutions; implement Windchill modules (PDMLink, MPMLink, QMS, ProjectLink).
