Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Windchill lead to drive PLM implementation, upgrade and migration efforts in a client environment. The role requires 5-7 years of Windchill PDMLink experience and a track record of delivering large-scale PLM projects with IT and business teams.

The candidate will manage stakeholders, collaborate with client program managers, and translate requirements into robust PLM designs, deliver As-Is/To-Be analyses, and coordinate configuration and customization work.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Windchill PDMLink experience
• 2-3 end-to-end PLM implementations
• Experience specifying, configuring and implementing PLM solutions
• Broad understanding of integration frameworks
• Structured methodologies for end-to-end solutions using package solutions
• Proven delivery on large-scale projects with business and IT components

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder expectations and align project accordingly
• Collaborate with client program manager on project activities
• Interact with Business Analysts to clarify requirements
• Translate requirements to design
• Analyze As-Is and To-Be documentation
• Understand downstream integrated applications and functionalities
• Windchill configuration and customizations to meet requirements
• Provide proof of concept if required
• Assist onsite team with documentation
