Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II- PLM Developer to partner with Product Development, Design Engineering and Quality. You will analyze end-to-end business processes and translate them into IT requirements, working on both on-premise and cloud applications within the PLM program.

Responsibilities include shaping requirements, configuring ThingWorx, developing mashups, and integrating REST services while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality system alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with PLM or medical device/pharma domains is a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (FDA, ISO) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape business requirements and propose viable solutions.
• Install, configure, and manage ThingWorx platform components.
• Develop apps using ThingWorx Mashups, services, and data models.
• Implement UI/UX changes, REST APIs, and extensions.
• Participate in design and code reviews; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure production systems’ stability, integration, and security.
