Job summary

Arthrex, a global medical device company, seeks a Sr. Business Systems Analyst specializing in Windchill MPMLink to bridge business needs with IT delivery.

You will drive process improvements across Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, Quality, and Operations, configuring Windchill-based PLM solutions and integrating with SAP. The role emphasizes requirements, testing, training, and governance to support mBOMs, process plans, work instructions, and change management in a regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst or related experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Windchill PLM/MPMLink.
• Experience with SAP ERP, MES, or PLM integrations preferred.
• PM/BA certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and IT COE for Windchill MPMLink needs.
• Gather and document high-quality requirements from Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, Quality and Operations.
• Configure, analyze, implement, test, and maintain Windchill-based manufacturing applications.
• Provide end-user training and support; ensure system stability and data governance.
• Coordinate security, backups, disaster recovery, and performance monitoring.
• Lead Windchill MPMLink projects and collaborate with SAP integrations.
