Job summary

Arthrex GmbH, a global medical device leader, seeks a Sr Business Systems Analyst focused on Windchill MPMLink to drive PLM and Manufacturing Process Management initiatives. You will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, Quality, and Operations to design, configure, test, and deploy Windchill-based solutions supporting mBOMs, Process Plans, and SAP integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
5+ years of Business Systems Analyst or related experience.
3+ years of Windchill MPMLink/PLM experience.
Experience with SAP ERP, MES, or PLM integrations preferred.
PM experience in Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall preferred.
Power BI experience preferred.
Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for Windchill MPMLink needs and enhancements.
Understand business processes across Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, Quality, and Operations to craft high-quality requirements.
Guide requirements with recommendations and alternatives to proposed solutions.
Participate in Application Configuration, Analysis, Management, and Maintenance.
Provide user onboarding and on-call support.
Lead Windchill MPMLink-related projects and enhancements.
Coordinate needs from Engineering through Manufacturing and Quality processes.
Ensure system stability, integration, and data governance.
