Job description

Our client, located in Hanover, MD, is seeking a PLM Solutions Architect - 3DX to join their team. This role involves configuring, customizing, and implementing PLM Enovia Solutions Tools, providing technical guidance, and leading architecture and design reviews. The position requires executing administration, configuration, and development activities, and assisting customers with Enovia Enterprise PLM software and engineering tools. U.S. Citizenship is required. FULLY REMOTE!

Responsibilities

1. Analyze, design, code, test, and debug programs supporting Enterprise PLM.
2. Define processes and capabilities for the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, including configuration and customization of out-of-the-box (OOTB) PLM software.
3. Champion Enovia PLM system implementation, integration, and solution development.
4. Lead business requirement sessions with key users and PLM system administrators.
5. Validate solutions with vendors and internal teams, obtaining necessary sign-offs.
6. Lead design discussions for software applications, systems, and data integration using standard processes and Enovia configuration guidelines.
7. Develop methodologies for system maintenance and application development.
8. Guide and educate SMEs on ENOVIA and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform capabilities.
9. Develop software integrations between Enovia and databases using Java, XML, and related tools.
10. Create Java-based web interfaces and scripts for Enovia.
11. Collaborate with system admins to automate upgrade and patch processes.
12. U.S. Citizenship is required, with ability to obtain security clearance or transfer an active DoD Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

1. BS/MS in Software Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
2. 8+ years in designing and architecting Web Applications, preferably in PLM.
3. 3+ years in Enovia application configuration and schema design.
4. Knowledge of process design, data modeling, GUI design, Web technologies, Oracle, and SQL.
5. Good understanding of Enovia V6 and 3DExperience platform, especially 2022x UPS and above.
