Job summary

Astranis Space Technologies Corp in Northern California is seeking a highly organized PLM Analyst I to manage ECOs and PLM records, ensuring changes to hardware are properly documented and traceable. You will work with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to keep data accurate and processes moving.

You will own ECO intake, entry, routing, approvals, and quality reviews, build reports and dashboards, and help scale the company’s product data workflows for faster, more reliable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related technical field.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform high-accuracy, process-driven work.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with structured data, spreadsheets, and engineering documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and follow defined processes.
• Collaborative with technical and operational stakeholders.
• Curiosity about how products are designed, documented, released, and built.

Responsibilities

• Create, enter, maintain, and track ECOs and PLM records.
• Review ECO submissions for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate ECO routing, approvals, and follow-ups across cross-functional teams.
• Identify stalled or incomplete change requests and drive momentum.
• Support release and revision of parts, drawings, BOMs, and related docs.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics for ECO throughput, backlog, and data quality.
