Job summary

Astranis Space Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented PLM Analyst I to manage ECOs and PLM records, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.

You will ensure changes to hardware are documented, reviewed, traceable, and ready for execution, supporting drawings, BOMs, and related documentation. This entry-level role offers exposure to spacecraft hardware development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy in process-driven work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and follow defined processes.

Responsibilities

• Create, enter, maintain, and track ECOs and PLM records.
• Review ECO submissions for completeness and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate ECO routing and approvals across cross-functional teams.
• Identify stalled or incomplete change requests and drive them forward.
• Support release and revision of parts, assemblies, drawings, and BOMs.
• Develop dashboards and metrics for ECO throughput and data quality.
