Job summary

Infosys Irvine is seeking an Engineering Project Lead 2 to drive strategic, client-aligned projects. You will manage scope, budget, and cross-functional teams in Oracle Cloud PLM implementations, while building strong client relationships and ensuring regulatory and quality standards are met.

This full-time role requires relocation/travel as needed, with opportunities to lead CRP/UAT, training, and documentation efforts across delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
• Candidates authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship are welcome; Infosys cannot sponsor.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Ensure all product deliverables meet design and technical specification to ensure that all engineering processes align with regulatory standards and quality benchmarks.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities.
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effectiveness.
• Run scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates.

In the assigned Job Role of Engineering Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

Required Skill And Experience

Project Management: Manage scope, resources, budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies; establish governance; and coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams.

Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, facilitate executive and working sessions, communicate design decisions, and support proposals, implementation estimates and transformation roadmaps.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Governance in Oracle Cloud PLM
• Drive risk, issue, dependency, and change management (RAID governance)
• Experience in Oracle Cloud PLM Projects Implementation and Delivery: Guide configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, training, deployment, adoption and hypercare while maintaining alignment with agreed business outcomes.
• Facilitate CRP, UAT, training, and documentation.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
