Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with PLM enterprise systems.
• Experience supporting or leading software/platform implementation projects.
• Working knowledge of Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA.
• Experience with newer versions of 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA preferred.
• Strong understanding of PLM processes.
• Understanding of enterprise system integrations and application implementations.
• Strong project planning and coordination experience.
• Experience gathering and managing business and technical requirements.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Experience coordinating software testing and deployment activities.
• Ability to work effectively across business users, technical teams, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project activities for 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA enhancements.
• Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across business users, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Track development activities and ensure progress aligns with defined requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate testing activities and support issue identification, tracking, and resolution.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Provide regular project status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate deployment activities across 22x and 26x environments.
• Support implementation of new ENOVIA functionality and platform enhancements.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet defined business requirements.
• Facilitate communication and alignment among business, technical, and vendor teams throughout the project lifecycle.
