Job summary

Sharp Decisions seeks a seasoned PLM project leader to drive 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA enhancements from requirements through deployment. The role demands close cooperation with business users, technical teams, and vendors to deliver solutions that meet defined business requirements and project milestones.

The position requires onsite work in Raymond, OH (4 days per week) with strong expertise in PLM systems and project management to coordinate planning, testing, risk management, and vendor

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PLM enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading software/platform implementation projects.
• Strong skills in project planning, requirements management, stakeholder communication, risk/issue management, vendor coordination, and testing/deployment coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project activities for 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA enhancements, including requirements gathering, project planning, stakeholder coordination, development tracking, testing, issue resolution, status reporting, and deployment activities across environments.
• Lead projects to implement new functionality and enhancements in the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA platform, collaborating with business users, technical teams, and vendors to meet business requirements and timelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and manage project activities for 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA enhancements, including requirements gathering, project planning, stakeholder coordination, development tracking, testing, issue resolution, status reporting, and deployment activities across 22x and 26x environments.

WHAT WILL THIS PERSON BE WORKING ON

Lead projects to implement new functionality and enhancements in the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA platform, working with business users, technical teams, and vendors to deliver solutions that meet defined business requirements and project timelines.

WANTS

• Working knowledge of Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA platform, preferably with experience in more recent versions of the software; understanding of PLM processes, system integrations, and enterprise application implementations.
• Strong project planning, requirements management, stakeholder communication, risk/issue management, vendor coordination, and testing/deployment coordination.
• 5+ years of experience in PLM enterprise systems, with demonstrated experience leading software/platform implementation projects.
