Accenture is seeking an Engineering Consulting Manager – Functional Lead (Engineering & PLM) to drive engineering transformation and PLM-enabled process modernization for clients across industries. You will own functional solution definitions, guide teams, and align PLM solutions with engineering, business, and regulatory goals.

In this role you will bridge strategy and execution, translating complex engineering needs into scalable operating models and functional designs.

Competenze

Minimum 7 years of experience working on engineering improvement initiatives.
Minimum 2 years in a Fortune 500 company with high-performance environment.
Experience facilitating requirement gather workshops and process design sessions.
Strong background in product engineering, R&D, manufacturing, or engineering systems.
Experience with one or more target industries: Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, CPG, Medical Tech, High Tech, Industrial Equipment.

Mansioni

Lead current state and future state analysis of engineering and product development processes.
Own functional requirements, process models, and user stories across one or more PLM workstreams.
Guide development of Digital Thread/PLM strategies and roadmaps.
Act as functional lead for PLM and engineering transformation initiatives.
Oversee testing, validation, and business acceptance from a functional perspective.
