Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Engineering Consulting Manager – Functional Lead (Engineering & PLM) to drive engineering transformation and PLM-enabled process modernization for major clients. You will own functional solution definitions, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure PLM solutions align with engineering and business goals.

The role requires leading workshops, shaping end-to-end designs, and managing stakeholder expectations across one or more PLM workstreams.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering improvement initiatives.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Fortune 500 company, contributing to a dynamic and high-performance work environment.
Experience facilitating requirement gather workshops and process design sessions.
Strong background in product engineering, R&D, manufacturing, or engineering systems.
Experience with CAD and PLM systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee engineering transformation initiatives and PLM engagements.
Define end-to-end functional solution designs leveraging PLM capabilities.
Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
Guide teams through requirements, process design, testing and business acceptance.
Contribute to delivery governance, status reporting, and proposal development.
