Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Engineering Consulting Manager – Functional Lead in Engineering & PLM to drive engineering transformation and product development optimization. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working on engineering improvement initiatives.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Fortune 500 company or dynamic, high-performance environment.
• Experience facilitating requirement gathering workshops and process design sessions.
• Strong background in product engineering, R&D, manufacturing, or engineering systems.
• Experience with engineering systems and PLM transformations or related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead current state and future state analyses of engineering and product development processes.
• Own functional requirements, process models, and user stories across one or more PLM workstreams.
• Guide development of Digital Thread / PLM strategies and roadmaps, with prioritization and phased transformation.
• Provide functional leadership and oversight for PLM initiatives, including data models, lifecycles, and governance.
