Job summary

Itron is seeking a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Coordinator to manage product and master data across the lifecycle, ensuring accuracy in PLM and ERP systems, documenting consistently, and supporting change management.

You will maintain engineering drawings, reports, and specifications, while upholding ISO compliance and data governance across teams in a technology environment for utilities and energy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience creating, maintaining, or reviewing structured data and documentation with accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide responsive, customer-centric support.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with multiple requests.
• Experience with ISO-aligned documentation and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process item master data and change requests accurately per SLAs.
• Maintain engineering and product documentation per ISO standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product data changes.
• Provide customer-centric problem-solving support to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain audit trails for data changes.
