Job summary

A leading technology consulting firm is seeking a PLM Configuration Management Consultant to join their team in Cupertino, CA. The role involves reviewing engineering change orders, collaborating on BOM structuring, and coordinating with project teams. Ideal candidates will have experience with PLM tools and strong organizational skills, along with excellent communication abilities. This is a full-time, onsite position.

Qualifications

• Experience with PLM tools required.
• Knowledge of BOM structuring essential.
• Ability to review ECOs and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review PDF Drawings for projects with ECOs.
• Collaborate on creating, reviewing, and submitting ECOs.
• Coordinate with project teams on Post Ramp Qualifications.

Skills

Experience with PLM tools, preferably Agile or Team Center

Knowledge of BOM structuring and redlining

Proficiency in creating and reviewing ECOs

Strong organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

Familiarity with collaboration platforms like Webex and Slack

Responsibilities

• Review PDF Drawings for projects with ECOs (Engineering Change Orders)
• Collaborate with RePD EE and Cable teams on creating, reviewing, and submitting ECOs and BOM structuring
• Coordinate with project teams on Project PRQ (Post Ramp Qualifications) requiring ECOs and APNs
• Attend relevant project meetings

Requirements

• Experience with PLM tools, preferably Agile or Team Center
• Knowledge of BOM structuring and redlining
• Proficiency in creating and reviewing ECOs, revision control, and engineering drawings
• Strong organizational skills to track multiple deliverables
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with collaboration platforms like Webex and Slack
• Ability to pass all relevant background checks for confidential projects
