Job summary

Slate is hiring a Change Management Specialist to lead enterprise-wide change programs within the PLM system from initiation to EBOM, MBOM, and SBOM. You will coordinate CRs and ECNs, prepare meeting materials, and drive actions across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure data integrity and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in engineering/management or equivalent experience.
• Experience with PLM & ERP systems, Windchill and SAP preferred.
• Excellent communication, team building, and relationship skills.
• Data analysis with attention to detail and data integrity.
• Technical writing and documentation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion Slate’s change management process, becoming the go-to person for execution across the organization.
• Develop deep understanding of change management in the PLM system and relate it to product development.
• Ensure efficient process from change request creation through approval.
• Run company-wide meetings to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Track program metrics and audit data for leadership decisions.
• Support ERP/MES transactions related to change activity as needed.
