Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for PLM initiatives, gathering and translating requirements into technical specifications
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure PLM solutions meet business needs
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements leveraging PLM capabilities
• Drive configuration, testing, and implementation of PLM enhancements and upgrades
• Support change management efforts and user training to maximize adoption and utilization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and IT to ensure seamless PLM integration

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within PLM environments
• Deep knowledge of PLM systems such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, or Dassault ENOVIA
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in large enterprise settings
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with PLM integration to ERP and CAD systems
• Knowledge of change management principles and tools
• Agile or hybrid project methodology experience

Education & Certifications You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Relevant PLM certifications are a strong plus, including:
  • Siemens Teamcenter Certified Professional
  • PTC Windchill Certification (e.g., Windchill Business Admin or System Admin)
  • Dassault Systèmes Certified ENOVIA Specialist
  • CIMdata PLM Certificate Program
  • Aras Innovator Certified Professional
