Wipro Limited in Sunnyvale, California (onsite) is seeking an experienced PLM AI Engineer to design and implement an AI-powered support bot and agentic workflows for Hypercare query resolution. You will build retrieval-augmented capabilities pulling from incident tickets, knowledge bases, and PLM (Teamcenter), with Python-based backend services.

The role requires 3-5 years of AI for product software engineering, hands-on with Python, FastAPI, RAG, and Apple-approved AI frameworks, with a focus

Qualifications

• Mandatory skills: AI for Product Software Engineering.
• Experience: 3-5 years (minimum 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Design and build an AI-powered support bot for Hypercare query resolution using a web/chat-based interface.
• Develop agentic workflows that retrieve and synthesize answers from past incident tickets, knowledge bases and documentation, and PLM (Teamcenter) systems.
• Implement RAG / multi-source retrieval pipelines to support contextual and accurate responses.
• Build APIs and backend services using Python with FastAPI and Apple-approved AI frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with Apple security, governance, and AI platform constraints.
• Collaborate with Hypercare, PLM, and support teams to continuously improve response accuracy.
