Wipro Limited in Sunnyvale, California (onsite) is seeking an experienced PLM AI Engineer to design and implement an AI-powered support bot and agentic workflows for Hypercare query resolution. You will build retrieval-augmented capabilities pulling from incident tickets, knowledge bases, and PLM (Teamcenter), with Python-based backend services.

• Develop agentic workflows that retrieve and synthesize answers from past incident tickets, knowledge bases and documentation, and PLM (Teamcenter) systems.
• Implement RAG / multi-source retrieval pipelines to support contextual and accurate responses.
• Build APIs and backend services using Python with FastAPI and Apple-approved AI frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with Apple security, governance, and AI platform constraints.
• Collaborate with Hypercare, PLM, and support teams to continuously improve response accuracy.

As a PLM AI Engineer at Wipro Limited, you will create a web/chat-based support experience for resolving Hypercare questions. The work includes implementing RAG and multi-source retrieval pipelines, integrating PLM (Teamcenter) systems, and ensuring the overall solution meets Apple security, governance, and AI platform constraints. The position is based in Sunnyvale, California (onsite).
