Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Will consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting assigned parts of business requirements.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features while maintaining stability.
• Conduct code reviews and manage code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training materials and support frameworks for new apps.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive reliability improvements.
• Maintain records of code, testing, and support activities for knowledge bases.
