Job summary

Venteon is seeking an ERP and Manufacturing Systems Manager to lead Plex ERP and manufacturing systems across multiple facilities. This hands-on leadership role balances production support with system improvements and new initiatives to drive operations.

You will direct a geographically dispersed team of ERP analysts, own Plex ERP configuration and security, partner with plant leaders to standardize processes, and guide ERP implementations, integrations, and cutovers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP and manufacturing systems experience in a multi-plant environment.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including production, quality, inventory, warehousing, and shipping.
• Experience with ERP implementations, integrations, production support, and change management.
• Experience connecting shop-floor equipment or industrial data sources with enterprise systems.
• Plex ERP experience strongly preferred.
• Exposure to digital twins, machine learning, or AI applications in manufacturing.
• Ability to travel approximately 30% and support after-hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically dispersed team of ERP Business Analysts and Applications Specialists.
• Own Plex ERP: support, configuration, security, and ongoing improvements.
• Partner with plant leaders to prioritize projects and standardize processes.
• Lead ERP/manufacturing system implementations, integrations, testing, cutovers, and stabilization.
• Manage production issues, change control, vendors, and budgets.
• Integrate shop-floor data with enterprise systems and analytics.
• Advance digital manufacturing with machine data, digital twins, and AI use cases.
