Responsibilities

• Data entry of pleadings and court documents into the firm system.
• Analyze court documents and maintain accurate calendars and milestones.
• Review incoming communications related to firm accounts and log key information.
• Ensure compliance with state and county procedures for pleadings.
• Collaborate with legal teams to escalate priority items as needed.
