Job summary

Revance Johnson City plant is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support 12-hour 2-2-3 shifts. You will troubleshoot PLCs and VFDs, work safely under OSHA standards, and plan tasks to meet crucial deadlines while supporting production and quality.

You should have 3+ years of electrical troubleshooting, experience with HVAC controls, hydraulics/pneumatics, and familiarity with drawings and calibration practices. Metal fabrication and welding are a plus; cgmp experience preferred.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years of strong electrical background in troubleshooting motor controls.
Experience with HVAC controls and building automation systems.
Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electrical control systems and instrument loops.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical or mechanical failure of production machines and facilities equipment.
Knowledge of operation of manufacturing/packaging machinery and experience with installation of new and used equipment.
Metal fabrication and welding experience preferred.
Ability to read engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and flow diagrams.
Knowledge of cGMP practices.

Responsibilities
