Job summary
Claremont Foods is seeking a skilled technician to install, calibrate, test and maintain electronic and robotic manufacturing devices in our food production facilities. You will diagnose and repair electrical systems, replace faulty components, and oversee control system programming and integration across plant equipment.
The role requires strong PLC proficiency, BMS navigation, and hands-on experience with industrial instrumentation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with process instrumentation, controls, and calibration equipment.
- Advanced knowledge of PLC operation and programming.
- Ability to navigate Building Management Systems (BMS) to diagnose issues.
- Comfortable around industrial manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities
- Install, diagnose, and repair electrical systems of industrial machinery.
- Replace defective components and wiring.
- Maintain programming, hardware networking, and communications for industrial control systems.
- Support plant control system upgrades and maintenance programs.
- Assist with safety, regulatory compliance, and production requirements.
- Oversee project implementation on hardware and software problems.
