Job summary

Rich Products Corporation, a family-owned food company, is seeking a Controls Technician 3 to maintain plant electrical and control systems across shifts. You will lead maintenance technicians, troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, and HMI, and ensure food safety and GMP compliance on a fast-paced production floor.

You will train others, document work orders, and support continuous improvement initiatives while traveling for training and parts procurement as needed.

Qualifications

• Formal training in electrical or electronic engineering technology.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and HMI systems on production equipment.
• Must understand safety policies and GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain production equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Troubleshoot, program, and maintain PLCs, VFDs, and HMI operations.
