Job summary

Glatt Group seeks an experienced Controls/Automation Engineer to design, develop, and commission PLC and SCADA systems for industrial and regulated manufacturing environments. You will lead development of controls architectures and ensure compliant documentation.

Responsibilities include hands-on programming with Allen-Bradley ControlLogix using RSLogix, SCADA development with iFIX/Wonderware, and creating thorough specifications and operation sequences while collaborating with

Qualifications

Experience in industrial automation and control system design.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Pharmaceutical equipment knowledge is a strong plus.
Experience configuring SQL databases, data transfer, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and commission Allen-Bradley ControlLogix PLC applications using RSLogix.
Implement advanced control functionality including analog data handling, data exchange, ISA-S88 batch sequencing, and recipe management.
Develop, test, and commission SCADA applications using iFIX or Wonderware, including scripting, security configuration, database interfacing, recipe configuration, and reporting.
Read, interpret, and develop control system documentation (P&IDs, control schematics, wiring diagrams, pneumatic/hydraulic drawings).
Create and maintain Functional Specifications, Sequences of Operation, and User Manuals.
Specify, procure, and troubleshoot control system hardware and instrumentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.
