Job summary

Mount Franklin Food in El Paso, TX is seeking an Industrial Electrical Technician to design, program, troubleshoot, and repair PLC-controlled equipment ensuring safe, efficient operation of production lines.

You will support cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and uphold GMP, food safety, and sanitation standards while performing preventive maintenance and rapid repairs.

Qualifications

  • Three to five years' experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment.
  • Experience with PLC-controlled equipment (Allen Bradley, Siemens or equivalent).
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and ladder logic.

Job description

Primary Purpose of the PositionDesign, program, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical and automation systems, including PLC-controlled equipment, to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of production equipment.
