Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a PLC/Network Specialist Commissioning and Startup Engineer in Chandler, AZ. You will configure and test PLCs, DCS, SCADA, and OT networks on large, mission-critical projects within semiconductor facilities and data centers.

You will lead commissioning activities, coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations, and ensure compliant turnover with documentation and testing records. This role requires on-site presence with some telework per policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Instrumentation or related field.
• 2–9 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with PLCs and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop commissioning plans, schedules, checklists, test procedures and acceptance criteria; verify compliance with project requirements and codes.
• Review drawings and control schematics, loop diagrams, and network architecture.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction and operations to ensure smooth turnover of systems.
