Job summary

Bechtel Corporation is seeking a Senior Commissioning and Start-Up Manager to lead the planning, coordination and execution of commissioning activities for a semiconductor fabrication facility. The role ensures systems meet design intent and readiness criteria for tool installation and production.

You will align commissioning with master schedules and collaborate with controls and construction teams. This part-time telework position requires at least three days per week on-site at the project

Qualifications

• 15+ years in engineering or 20 years in high-tech construction/commissioning.
• Experience leading commissioning for large-scale semiconductor or high-tech facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning, start-up, and performance verification of fab systems.
• Develop and integrate commissioning strategies with master project schedule.
• Ensure readiness for tool installation and phase turnover to operations.
