Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on conveyor systems, production equipment, and automated machinery.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and support quick resolution of mechanical and electrical issues.
• Diagnose and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
• Complete industrial electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability, safety, and production efficiency.
• Work closely with Maintenance leadership and production teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on conveyor systems, production equipment, and automated machinery.
• Troubleshoot PLC‑controlled equipment and support quick resolution of mechanical and electrical issues.
• Diagnose and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
• Complete industrial electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability, safety, and production efficiency.
• Work closely with Maintenance leadership and production teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
• Job Type: Direct hire.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM.
• Overtime available.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Perform maintenance and repair work on production equipment and conveyor systems.
• Troubleshoot PLC‑controlled machinery and automated production systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and industrial electrical issues.
• Complete preventive maintenance and support equipment reliability initiatives.
• 3 to 5 years of maintenance mechanic experience in an industrial, manufacturing, production, or related environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience working with conveyor systems.
• Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and quality workmanship.
• Stable work history, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with maintenance leadership and production teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food processing, food and beverage production, or a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in an automated production facility.
• Interest in developing advanced troubleshooting skills and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
