Qualifications

• Three or more years of successful classroom teaching experience.
• Accomplished rating or higher on educator evaluation, when applicable.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with colleagues to improve student achievement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead Professional Learning Community meetings.
• Identify and prioritize essential standards and learning targets.
• Coordinate the development and implementation of common formative assessments.
• Analyze student achievement and assessment data to guide instructional decisions.
• Mentor and support teachers as assigned; provide job-embedded professional development.
