The position focuses on PLC/HMI programming (Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 RSLogix and Siemens TIA Portal), SCADA optimization, and integration of high-speed automation lines. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in automation controls, 3+ years with AB/Siemens logic, and experience tracing schematics up to 480V.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in automation controls, systems engineering, or electro-mechanical maintenance within continuous manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years writing, modifying, and debugging logic in Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC/HMI platforms.
• 3+ years tracing electrical schematics up to 480V and interpreting complex schematics/networks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex electronic control networks and high-speed drive systems to optimize uptime.
• Perform PLC and HMI optimization using AB Studio 5000/RSLogix and Siemens TIA Portal.
• Enhance SCADA systems for real-time data acquisition and predictive maintenance.
