Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group seeks an Automation & Controls Engineer in the Brown Deer, WI area. The role emphasizes PLC/HMI programming (Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 & Siemens TIA Portal), SCADA optimization, and high-speed continuous automation integration across processing lines.

You will lead system upgrades, support capital installs, and provide floor-level troubleshooting with flexible 1st shift and Day 1 benefits. U.S. citizenship or green card required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years dedicated automation controls experience in continuous manufacturing.
• 3+ years writing/modifying AB and Siemens PLC/HMI logic.
• 3+ years managing AC/DC drives, VFDs, servos, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Experience tracing schematics and wiring diagrams up to 480V.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder residing near Brown Deer, WI.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level floor support to troubleshoot control networks and machinery.
• Perform PLC and HMI optimization using AB Studio 5000/RSLogix and Siemens TIA Portal.
• Enhance SCADA and network systems for better data and maintenance analytics.
• Lead system upgrade projects and design controls architecture improvements.
• Support capital installs with controls wiring, networking, and alignment.
• Interpret electrical schematics and diagrams up to 480V to resolve issues.
