Job summary

Windsor Door is hiring a Robotics Technician to enhance manufacturing processes through automation and robotics. You will install, repair, and develop electronic systems on industrial machinery, collaborating with electrical engineers and management. Must have Allen-Bradley control experience and Studio 5000/FactoryTalk View ME familiarity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of manufacturing controls experience.
• PLC Troubleshooting and program updates – Allen-Bradley
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring schematics
• This is a physical job in a manufacturing facility and is safety sensitive. Travel 10-15% for new equipment purchases/training.

Responsibilities

• Read and use electrical schematics.
• Troubleshoot and program PLCs using ladder logic.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits (3-phase 480 VAC, 120 VAC, 24 VAC, and VDC).
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs including Allen-Bradley ControlLogix and HMI/PanelView.
• Familiar with Yaskawa drives and robotics.
• Troubleshoot and commission VFDs, 3-phase motor starters, sensors, and actuators.
• Work with Industrial Networks (Ethernet/IP) and basic LAN concepts.
