Windsor Door is seeking an Automation Controls Technician in Arkansas to advance manufacturing through automation and robotics. You will install, repair, and help develop electronic control systems for industrial machinery, collaborating with electrical engineers and vendors to maintain quality and efficiency on production lines.
You will read schematics, troubleshoot PLCs, and manage 3-phase circuits while supporting Yaskawa drives and robotics.
Starting Salary:$85,000 - $95,000 a year

As an Automation Controls Technician at Windsor Door, you will play a critical role in enhancing our manufacturing processes through automation and robotics. This position is essential for maintaining our high standards of product quality and efficiency in our production lines.
Installs, repairs, and assists in the development and construction of electronic systems, automated apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of Industrial machinery and equipment by performing the following duties. Must have Allen-Bradley control and be familiar with Studio 5000 Professional and FactoryTalk View Studio ME. This person will help with "designing programmable systems" in collaboration with electrical engineers, vendors, and manufacturing management.
2+ years of manufacturing controls experience.
PLC Troubleshooting and program updates – Allen-Bradley
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring schematics
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
